Bruce F. Coxhead, P.Eng.
Founder, President and COO
Mr. Coxhead is an expert in waste-to-energy solutions. The founder of ZWES, he has 24 years of experience as a senior manufacturing and sales executive with Husky Injection Molding Systems of Bolton, Canada.

Wayne Maddever Ph.D., P.Eng.
CEO
Dr. Maddever is a specialist in gasification and distributed energy. He has held Senior Executive positions with Plasma Environmental Technologies Inc. of Burlington, Canada, (CEO) and Cymat Technologies Ltd. of Mississauga, Canada, (CTO) and continues to be a Director of two public companies. He is currently CEO of Watson Brown, Canada, in Mississauga, Ontario.

Alex Falconer
CFO
Mr. Falconer has been key in the lastest financing and restructuring of ZWES. He is currently CFO to may Bay Street companies in Toronto and is now assisting ZWES in Canada and the USA.
