Bruce F. Coxhead, P.Eng.
Founder, President and COO
Mr. Coxhead is an expert in waste-to-energy solutions. A co-founder of ZWES, he has 24 years of experience as a senior manufacturing and sales executive with Husky Injection Molding Systems of Bolton, Canada.

Wayne Maddever Ph.D., P.Eng.
CEO
Dr. Maddever is a specialist in gasification and distributed energy. He has held Senior Executive positions with Plasma Environmental Technologies Inc. of Burlington, Canada, (CEO) and Cymat Technologies Ltd. of Mississauga, Canada, (CTO) and continues to be a Director of two public companies.

Anthony (Tony) Humble, B.Com
Co-Founder and Special Advisor to the CEO
Mr. Humble is an experienced entrepreneur with a broad background in banking, online mortgage systems, natural resources and renewable energy. He has served as a guest columnist for the Financial Post since 1991 in the areas of mortgages and angel investing, and assisted Mr. Coxhead in the startup of ZWES in 2005
