Milestones

Founded in 2005 and incorporated in February 2006, Zero Waste Energy Systems Inc. has achieved a highly successful start up and attained a number of significant accomplishments:

• Completion of the acquisition of the Ideal Environmental North and South American License rights to the Revolution Compactor: September 2007
• Signing of a Letter of Intent with a major UK company for the development and manufacture of the BF6000 Compactor, which compresses and de-waters up to 60 tonnes per hour of municipal waste, enabling it to be wrapped and stored for ease of transportation, and for future use as fuel: November 2007
• Development of a substantial sales pipeline for compactor and digester sales from trade show presentations in Atlanta, Georgia and London, Ontario: May 2007-April 2008
• Development of acquisitions/license agreements/alliances with EEC Energy Limited of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada (April 2008); Great Lakes Biogas Technologies Inc. (July 2008); Waste to Energy Limited of the UK;  and American Alternative Energy Systems Inc. (August 2008).
