Milestones
Founded in 2005 and incorporated in February 2006, Zero Waste Energy Systems Ltd. has achieved a highly successful start up and attained a number of significant accomplishments:
- Completion of the acquisition of the Ideal Environmental North and South American License rights to the revolutionTM waste processor: September 2007.
- Signing of a Letter of Intent with a major UK company for the development and manufacture of the BF6000 Compactor, which compresses and de-waters up to 60 tonnes per hour of municipal waste, enabling it to be wrapped and stored for ease of transportation, and for future use as fuel: November 2007.
- Development of a substantial sales pipeline for compactor and digester sales from trade show presentations in Atlanta, Georgia and London, Ontario: May 2007-April 2008.
- Development of acquisitions/license agreements/alliances with EEC Energy Limited of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada (April 2008); Ideal Technologies of France (November 2010).
- Completed the sale of our first anaerobic digester system to a client in Western Canada in late 2009 with installation in October 2010. The system was producing gas by Christmas.
- Acquired the global rights to revolutionTM waste processor in 2010 and have establised manufacturing in both Canada and the USA.
- Established a joint venture for the manufacturing of the revolutionTM waste processor with General Conveyor/ GenCon Fabrication (Aurora, Ontario) in December 2010.
- Established a joint venture for the manufacturing of the revolutionTM waste processor with Texas Sheet Metal (Houston, TX) in September 2011.
