Spirotech
Through its purchase of the revolution® waste processor/compactor patents, ZWES has acquired an experienced licensee in the United Kingdom. Spirotech Limited is a 20-year-old manufacturer of materials handling equipment, with its specialty being in the area of screw conveyor systems. They have been manufacturing and selling the revolution® waste processing technology in the UK for the past 5 years, and have become the European experts in manufacturing this equipment.
ZWES and Spirotech have formed a partnership through which Spirotech will market and manufacture revolution® throughout the UK, and manufacture other equipment for sale in the UK and Europe. Also, favorable foreign exchange conditions currently make it feasible and cost-effective to manufacture in the UK and ship to North America and elsewhere. Spirotech, with its 30,000 square foot facility in the UK midlands, is ideally located and positioned to assist ZWES in the execution of this strategy.
